It is used by dissolving in water for the removal process of the penetrant that was made water washable.
If the test will be done by dipping, then 20% of HPE-20 should be dissolved in water; if done by spraying, then 5% should be used.
After pre-washing the material, it should be kept in the HPE-20 solution for a maximum of 2 minutes.
