BD 101 is used to reduce friction and heating on drilling machines, metal cutting saws, milling cutters, lathe blades, and concrete drilling and cutting tools. It is used in cutting, drilling, tapping, and pressing operations. It shortens cutting and drilling time while extending the life of cutting and drilling tools. It provides excellent corrosion protection. With its low evaporation rate, it remains on the applied surfaces for a long time. It easily separates from sawdust as it does not stick. It is easily cleaned with water and does not require cleaning with alkali cleaners or solvents afterward. It does not contain mineral oil, nitrite, phenol, PCB, PTBB, heavy metals, or formaldehyde.
